Batanga Cocktail Recipe
A classic Mexican highball invented in the 1960s by Don Javier Delgado Corona at La Capilla in Tequila, Mexico. It combines blanco tequila, fresh lime juice, and cola with a salted rim, often stirred with the knife used to cut the limes. Similar to a Cuba Libre but made with tequila instead of rum.
