Ingredients
- 2 oz Bourbon
- 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
- 1/2 lemon (cut into 3-4 wedges) Lemon
- 4-6 leaves Mint Leaves
Instructions
- Muddle the lemon wedges in a cocktail shaker to release juices and oils.
- Add the bourbon, simple syrup, mint leaves, and ice to the shaker.
- Shake vigorously until well-chilled.
- Double-strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
- Garnish with a mint sprig (slap it first to release aroma).
