Thrown Martini Cocktail Recipe
A classic dry Martini prepared using the theatrical 'throwing' technique, originating from Boadas bar in Barcelona (inspired by El Floridita in Havana). The method involves pouring the mixture back and forth between two mixing tins from a height, aerating and chilling the drink without excessive dilution, resulting in a silky, aromatic texture. Typically made very dry with London dry gin and a minimal rinse of extra-dry vermouth.
