Caipiroska Cocktail Recipe
A popular Brazilian variation of the Caipirinha that replaces cachaça with vodka, resulting in a lighter, refreshing cocktail featuring muddled lime and sugar.

Ingredients
- 2 oz Vodka
- 1/2 lime (cut into 6-8 wedges) Lime
- 1 tbsp (or 2 tsp) Sugar
- to fill glass Crushed Ice
Instructions
- Cut the lime into wedges and place in a rocks or old-fashioned glass.
- Add the sugar to the glass.
- Muddle the lime and sugar gently to release the juice and oils without over-extracting bitterness from the rind.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice.
- Pour the vodka over the ice.
- Stir well to combine and chill. Top with additional crushed ice if needed.
