Trident Cocktail Recipe
A bittersweet and herbaceous Negroni variation created by Robert Hess in 2000-2002, featuring equal parts aquavit, Cynar, and dry sherry with peach bitters.

Ingredients
- 1 oz Aquavit
- 1 oz Cynar
- 1 oz Dry Sherry
- 2 dashes Peach Bitters
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice.
- Stir until well chilled, about 30 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a lemon peel.
