Whiskey Sour Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 oz Bourbon Whiskey
- 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 0.5 oz Egg White
Instructions
- Add the bourbon, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white to a cocktail shaker.
- Dry shake without ice for about 30 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice or into a coupe glass.
- Garnish with a few dashes of Angostura bitters and/or a maraschino cherry and orange slice.
