Bamboo Cocktail Recipe
A classic 19th-century low-ABV cocktail created in San Francisco by Louis Eppinger, featuring a split base of dry sherry and dry vermouth with bitters. It is similar to a lighter, nuttier Martini and became popular in Japan.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Dry Sherry
- 1 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
- 1 dash Orange Bitters
Instructions
- Add the dry sherry, dry vermouth, Angostura bitters, and orange bitters to a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir until well-chilled, about 20-30 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe or Nick & Nora glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
