Breakfast Martini Cocktail Recipe
A modern classic gin sour featuring orange marmalade, created in 1996 by Salvatore Calabrese at the Library Bar in London's Lanesborough Hotel, inspired by his wife's English breakfast of toast and marmalade.

Ingredients
- 1 2/3 oz London Dry Gin
- 1/2 oz Cointreau
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Orange Marmalade
Instructions
- Stir the orange marmalade with the gin in the base of a shaker until it mostly dissolves.
- Add the Cointreau, lemon juice, and ice to the shaker.
- Shake vigorously until well-chilled.
- Double-strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
- Garnish with an orange twist expressed over the drink.
