20th Century Cocktail Recipe
A classic gin sour from the 1937 Café Royal Cocktail Book by William J. Tarling, created by C.A. Tuck and named after the luxurious 20th Century Limited train. It balances dry gin botanicals with tart lemon, floral Lillet Blanc, and subtle chocolate notes from white crème de cacao.
