Daisy de Santiago Cocktail Recipe
A refreshing Cuban twist on the Daiquiri, featuring rum, fresh lime juice, Yellow Chartreuse for herbal complexity, demerara syrup, and seltzer. Popularized by Charles H. Baker Jr. in the 1930s after visiting Bacardi in Havana and revived in modern times by Smuggler's Cove.

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Blended Lightly Aged Rum
- 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Yellow Chartreuse
- 1.5 tsp Demerara Syrup
- 1 oz Seltzer
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice and shake until chilled.
- Strain into a double old-fashioned glass filled with crushed ice.
