Dry Daiquiri Cocktail Recipe
A modern classic created in 2005 by London bartender Kevin Armstrong. This rum sour riff on the Daiquiri adds Campari for a drying, bittersweet finish and a dash of passion fruit syrup for tropical complexity.

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 oz Lightly Aged Rum
- 1/4 oz Campari
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 dash Passion Fruit Syrup
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously to chill and dilute.
- Strain into a frozen coupette or coupe glass.
