Zombie Cocktail Recipe
A classic tiki cocktail created in 1934 by Donn Beach at Don the Beachcomber. This potent drink features multiple rums, fruit juices, and spices, famously limited to two per customer due to its strength.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Jamaican Rum
- 1 1/2 oz Puerto Rican Gold Rum
- 1 oz Demerara 151-Proof Rum
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Falernum
- 1/2 oz Don's Mix
- 1 tsp Grenadine
- 6 drops Pernod
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender along with 6 oz (170 g) of crushed ice.
- Blend at high speed for no more than 5 seconds.
- Pour into a tall glass or tiki mug and top with additional crushed ice if needed.
