Rob Roy Cocktail Recipe
A classic 19th-century cocktail created around 1894 at the Waldorf-Astoria in New York, essentially a Manhattan made with Scotch whisky instead of rye or bourbon. It combines the rich, smoky notes of Scotch with the sweetness of vermouth and a touch of bitters for a spirit-forward, warming drink.
