Trinidad Sour Cocktail Recipe
A modern classic created by bartender Giuseppe González, the Trinidad Sour boldly uses a large measure of Angostura bitters as the primary base, balanced by orgeat, fresh lemon juice, and a splash of rye whiskey. The result is a rich, spicy, nutty, and tart cocktail with cherry-like aromas.
