An Americano in Paris Cocktail Recipe
A lighter, more citrusy variation on the classic Americano, substituting Aperol for Campari and adding Angostura bitters for aromatic depth. It's an excellent low-proof pre-dinner aperitif.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Aperol
- 1 1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 2 oz Soda Water
Instructions
- Fill a rocks or highball glass with ice.
- Add the Aperol, sweet vermouth, and Angostura bitters to the glass.
- Top with soda water and stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with an orange twist or slice.
