Ingredients
- 2 oz Aperol
- 1 oz Gin
- ¾ oz Lemon Juice
- ½ oz Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg White
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker without ice (dry shake).
- Shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds to emulsify and froth the egg white.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again for 10-20 seconds until well chilled.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
