Brandy Alexander Cocktail Recipe
A rich, creamy dessert cocktail made with brandy (or cognac), dark crème de cacao, and fresh cream. A variation of the earlier gin-based Alexander, it is shaken and served straight up, often garnished with grated nutmeg. Popular in the early 20th century and a classic after-dinner drink.
