Japanese Cocktail Cocktail Recipe
A classic cocktail created by Jerry Thomas in 1862, featuring cognac, orgeat, and bitters. Despite the name, it has no Japanese ingredients and was likely named after visitors from Japan's first diplomatic mission to the US.
