Alaska Cocktail Recipe
A classic spirit-forward cocktail and close relative of the Martini, featuring gin, yellow Chartreuse, and orange bitters. It balances juniper-forward botanicals with sweet herbal notes from the Chartreuse and a touch of citrus from the bitters and lemon twist. First appearing in print in 1913 with Old Tom gin, it evolved to use London dry gin by the 1930 Savoy Cocktail Book.
