Ingredients
- 1 3/4 oz London Dry Gin
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- 3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 oz Ginger Beer
- Mint Sprig
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle one mint sprig (or 8-10 mint leaves) gently with the simple syrup and fresh lime juice.
- Add the London dry gin and ginger beer (homemade or a quality low-sweetness brand) along with ice.
- Shake until well-chilled.
- Double strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
