Hotel Georgia Cocktail Recipe
A floral gin sour featuring almond orgeat and orange blossom water, with a frothy egg white top. Named after the historic Hotel Georgia in Vancouver, Canada, with recipe first printed in Ted Saucier's 1951 Bottoms Up.

Ingredients
- 2 oz London Dry Gin
- 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Orgeat Syrup
- 1 Egg White
- 6 drops Orange Blossom Water
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
- Dry shake (without ice) vigorously until frothy, about 10-15 seconds.
- Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
