Income Tax Cocktail Cocktail Recipe
A classic pre-Prohibition gin cocktail, a variation on the Bronx with the addition of Angostura bitters for depth. First published in Harry Craddock's 1930 Savoy Cocktail Book.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Gin
- 3/4 oz Dry Vermouth
- 3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 3/4 oz Orange Juice
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake well until chilled, about 10-15 seconds.
- Fine strain into a chilled cocktail or coupe glass.
- Garnish with an orange zest twist or wheel.
