Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz London Dry Gin
- 1/2 oz Applejack
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/4 oz Grenadine
- 1 Egg White
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
- Dry-shake vigorously without ice until well emulsified.
- Add ice and shake again until well-chilled.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a brandied cherry.
