Monkey Gland Cocktail Recipe
The Monkey Gland is a classic 1920s cocktail created by Harry MacElhone at Harry's New York Bar in Paris, named after Dr. Serge Voronoff's controversial monkey gland experiments. It balances gin and orange juice with grenadine and a hint of absinthe for a fruity, slightly anise-flavored drink.
