Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Gin
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 0.5 oz St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 3 slices Cucumber
- 2 oz Soda Water
Instructions
- Combine gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, elderflower liqueur, and 3 cucumber slices in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice.
- Shake until chilled, about 15 seconds.
- Double strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.
- Top with soda water.
- Garnish with cucumber slices.
