Chartreuse Swizzle Cocktail Recipe
A modern classic San Francisco tiki cocktail invented in 2003 by bartender Marcovaldo Dionysos. It features herbal Green Chartreuse paired with tropical pineapple, tart lime, and spiced falernum, creating a bright, complex, and refreshing swizzle served over crushed ice.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Green Chartreuse
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Falernum
Instructions
- Pour all ingredients into a Collins glass.
- Fill the glass with crushed or pebble ice.
- Swizzle vigorously with a barspoon or swizzle stick until the outside of the glass frosts.
- Top with additional crushed ice if needed.
