Blackthorn Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 oz Irish Whiskey
- 0.5 oz Dry Vermouth
- 0.5 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1 dash Absinthe
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice.
- Stir until well chilled, about 20-30 seconds.
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
