Ingredients
- 2 slices Cucumber
- 2 oz Irish Whiskey
- 1/2 oz St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
Instructions
- Muddle the cucumber slices in a shaker.
- Add the Irish whiskey, St-Germain elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup to the shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled.
- Fine-strain or double-strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
- Garnish with a cucumber slice.
