Brooklyn Cocktail Recipe
A pre-Prohibition classic and Manhattan variation featuring rye whiskey, dry vermouth, maraschino liqueur, and Amer Picon (or substitute). It offers a drier, more austere profile than its sweeter cousin with elegant herbal, cherry, and bitter orange notes.

Ingredients
- 2 oz Rye Whiskey
- 1 oz Dry Vermouth
- 1/4 oz Maraschino Liqueur
- 1/4 oz Amer Picon
Instructions
- Add the rye whiskey, dry vermouth, maraschino liqueur, and Amer Picon (or acceptable substitute such as Ramazzotti or Bigallet China-China Amer) to a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir until well-chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
