Tia Mia Cocktail Recipe
A modern Mai Tai riff created by bartender Ivy Mix in 2010, featuring mezcal espadín and Jamaican rum with orange curaçao, orgeat, and fresh lime juice for a bright, balanced, smoky tropical cocktail.

Ingredients
- 1 oz Mezcal Espadín
- 1 oz Jamaican Rum
- 1/2 oz Orange Curaçao
- 1/2 oz Orgeat
- 3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice and shake until well chilled, about 10-15 seconds.
- Strain into a double rocks glass filled with crushed ice (or pour unstrained if shaking with crushed ice).
- Top with more crushed ice to form a dome if needed. Garnish with a lime wheel and mint sprig.
