Rosita Cocktail Recipe
A modern classic tequila-based riff on the Negroni that splits the vermouth into equal parts sweet and dry vermouth for balance, with a dash of Angostura bitters for added depth. Popularized by Gary "Gaz" Regan.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Reposado Tequila
- 1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
- 1/2 oz Campari
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice.
- Stir until well-chilled, about 15-20 seconds.
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice or a large ice cube.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
