Ingredients
- 2 oz Oloroso Sherry
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 Whole Egg
Instructions
- Add the sherry, simple syrup, and whole egg to a shaker without ice.
- Shake vigorously for 30 seconds to emulsify.
- Add ice and shake again for 30 seconds until well chilled.
- Double strain into a copita, small wine glass, or coupe.
- Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
