Elderflower Cosmo Cocktail Recipe
A delicate, Cosmopolitan-esque cocktail created in 2006 by Simon Difford. It features vodka and elderflower liqueur shaken with pineapple and lime juices for a floral, tangy, and refreshing drink.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 fl oz Vodka
- 1 fl oz Elderflower Liqueur
- 2/3 fl oz Pineapple Juice
- 1/4 fl oz Lime Juice
Instructions
- Pre-chill a coupe glass.
- Prepare a lime zest twist for garnish.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Fine strain into the chilled coupe glass.
- Express the lime zest twist over the drink and use as garnish.
