Mango Mojito Cocktail Recipe
A refreshing tropical twist on the classic mojito, combining white rum, fresh mint, lime, and sweet mango nectar or puree for a bright, fruity, and minty cocktail that's perfect for summer.

Ingredients
- 2 oz White Rum
- 3-4 oz Mango Nectar
- 1/2 lime (juiced or wedges) Lime
- 8-10 leaves Fresh Mint Leaves
- 0.5-1 oz Simple Syrup
- to top Club Soda
Instructions
- In a highball or Collins glass, add lime wedges or juice, mint leaves, and simple syrup (or sugar). Gently muddle to release the mint oils and lime juice without over-bruising the mint.
- Add white rum and mango nectar (or muddled fresh mango/puree). Stir to combine.
- Fill the glass with ice (preferably crushed or cubed).
- Top with club soda and gently stir to mix.
- Garnish with a fresh mint sprig (slapped to release aroma) and lime wedge or wheel.
