Amaretto Sour Cocktail Recipe
A classic sour cocktail featuring almond-flavored amaretto liqueur, brightened with fresh lemon juice and bolstered by a touch of high-proof bourbon and egg white for body and foam. The modern version, popularized by bartender Jeffrey Morgenthaler, rescues the drink from its overly sweet 1980s reputation.
