Canchanchara Cocktail Recipe
The Canchánchara (also spelled Canchanchara) is one of the oldest known Cuban cocktails, originating in the Trinidad region. It dates back to the late 19th century and was reportedly consumed by Cuban independence fighters (mambises) for its restorative qualities. A precursor to the Daiquiri, it combines a sugar cane spirit with honey, lime, and water for a refreshing, tart, and subtly sweet profile.
