Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin
- 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
- 2 slices Cucumber
- 8 leaves Mint Leaves
Instructions
- Chill a coupe or cocktail glass in the freezer.
- Lightly muddle the cucumber slices and mint leaves in a cocktail shaker.
- Add the gin, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup to the shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled.
- Double strain into the chilled glass.
