Last Word Cocktail Recipe
A pre-Prohibition classic originating from the Detroit Athletic Club around 1916, the Last Word is an equal-parts cocktail featuring gin, green Chartreuse, maraschino liqueur, and fresh lime juice. It offers a perfectly balanced mix of sweet, sour, herbal, and bitter flavors, revived in the early 2000s by bartender Murray Stenson.
