Pegu Club Cocktail Recipe
The Pegu Club is a classic gin sour from the early 20th century, originating at the Pegu Club in Burma (now Myanmar). It's the signature drink of the British colonial club, popularized in Harry Craddock's 1930 Savoy Cocktail Book. A gin-based sour with orange curaçao for sweetness, fresh lime juice, and dashes of bitters for complexity.
