Saturn Cocktail Recipe
A gin-based Tiki cocktail created in 1967 by J. "Popo" Galsini. It won the International Bartender's Association World Cocktail Championship. Ingredients
- 1 1/4 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Passion Fruit Syrup
- 1/4 oz Falernum
- 1/4 oz Orgeat
Instructions
- Add the gin, lemon juice, passion fruit syrup, falernum, and orgeat to a blender with about 1 cup of crushed ice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour unstrained into a Tiki mug or highball glass.
