Painkiller Cocktail Recipe
A tropical tiki classic originating from the Soggy Dollar Bar in the British Virgin Islands in the 1970s. This rich, fruity rum cocktail is a close relative of the Piña Colada, featuring Pusser's rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, and cream of coconut. It is often garnished with freshly grated nutmeg.
