The Malakiri Cocktail Recipe
A short, tropical-leaning shaken cocktail built from Mastiha and Kalani coconut liqueur, brightened with a non-alcoholic acid concentrate (Acid Buddy).

Ingredients
- 1 oz Mastiha
- 1 oz Kalani Coconut Liqueur
- 1 oz Acid Buddy (neutral)
Instructions
- Measure each ingredient with a jigger into a cocktail shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake until the outside of the shaker is well chilled.
- Double-strain (or fine-strain) into a chilled coupe or Nick & Nora glass (or coupe/rocks per preference).
- Serve immediately.
