Ti' Punch (pronounced 'tee paunch') is the national cocktail of Martinique and Guadeloupe. A simple, bold rum-based drink and the Caribbean's answer to the Old Fashioned, featuring grassy rhum agricole, fresh lime, and cane syrup.

Ingredients
- 2 oz Rhum Agricole
- 1 tsp Cane Syrup
- 1 wheel or coin Lime
Instructions
- In a chilled rocks glass, squeeze a lime wheel or coin to release the juice and drop the lime into the glass.
- Add the cane syrup and stir to combine with the lime juice.
- Add the rhum agricole. Add a few ice cubes if desired (ice is optional and often omitted traditionally).
- Stir gently to mix. Garnish with an additional lime coin or peel if desired.
