Little Italy Cocktail Recipe
A modern classic Manhattan variation created by Audrey Saunders in 2005 at Pegu Club in NYC. It combines rye whiskey with sweet vermouth and the artichoke-based amaro Cynar for a bittersweet Italian-American twist.

Ingredients
- 2 oz Rye Whiskey
- 3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
