Old Pal Cocktail Recipe
The Old Pal is a classic Prohibition-era cocktail created around the 1920s by Harry MacElhone of Harry's New York Bar in Paris, named for journalist William 'Sparrow' Robertson. It is a dry riff on the Boulevardier, made with equal parts rye whiskey, Campari, and dry vermouth.
