Rattlesnake Cocktail Recipe
A frothy, absinthe-spiked Whiskey Sour variation from Harry Craddock's 1930 Savoy Cocktail Book. Spicy rye, bright lemon, rich syrup, and a touch of herbal absinthe are smoothed by egg white foam, finished with an aromatic bitters swirl. Famously noted as a drink that will "either cure rattlesnake bite, or kill rattlesnakes, or make you see them."
