Ingredients
- 1/2 oz St-Germain
- Mint Sprig
- 4 oz Prosecco
- 1 oz Soda Water
Instructions
- Add the St-Germain and a mint sprig into a wine glass. Gently muddle and let sit for 3 minutes to infuse.
- Add ice to the glass, then pour in the chilled prosecco and soda water.
- Stir briefly and gently to combine.
