Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin
- 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
- 0.5 oz Heavy Cream
- 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Lime Juice
- 3 dashes Orange Flower Water
- 1 Egg White
- to top Club Soda
Instructions
- Add the gin, simple syrup, heavy cream, lemon juice, lime juice, orange flower water, and egg white to a shaker and dry-shake vigorously without ice for about 10-15 seconds.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for at least 15-30 seconds until well-chilled and emulsified.
- Strain into a chilled Collins or highball glass (no ice in the glass).
- Top with chilled club soda, pouring gently to build the signature foam head. Some methods suggest pouring soda back and forth between shaker tins to incorporate residues.
