Ingredients
- 1 oz Grenadine
- 0.5 oz Silver Rum
- 1 oz Coconut Rum
- 3 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz Pineapple Rum
- 1 oz Blue Curaçao
Instructions
- In a shaker with ice, combine grenadine and silver rum. Shake and strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
- In a clean shaker with ice, combine coconut rum and 2 oz (60 ml) pineapple juice. Shake and slowly strain over the back of a bar spoon to layer on top of the red layer.
- In a clean shaker with ice, combine pineapple rum, remaining 1 oz (30 ml) pineapple juice, and blue curaçao. Shake and slowly strain over the back of a bar spoon to create the top green layer.
