Ingredients
- 2.5 oz Montanya Pineapple Habanero Rum
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 2 oz Passion Fruit Purée Juice
- 0.5 oz Light Agave Syrup
- 6-10 leaves Fresh Mint Leaves
- Club Soda
Instructions
- Lightly muddle 6-10 fresh mint leaves in a cocktail shaker.
- Add the Pineapple Habanero Rum, lime juice, passion fruit purée juice, agave syrup, and ice to the shaker.
- Shake vigorously until well chilled.
- Strain into a tall Collins glass filled with ice.
- Top with club soda or seltzer.
